Habits which serve you will get you closer to your dreams. They keep you going when your not aware of the actions your taking.... Let me explained further.
Habits are things we do when a trigger is activated. The actions that follow the habit can be positive or negative, wanted or not. Several weeks ago while out with my wife of was reminded of trigger, which was conditioned in my nervous system, was activated while we were out shopping. This location was not the ideal place to be for the behaviour, in this case an emotional response, to be triggered.
Habits can be helpful for you, or they can be something which you are not aware of and can be sabotaging your dreams. If you want to create your dreams, create your financial freedom portfolio then you must become aware of your habits. The good and the bad if you want to succeed.
