Our conversation is what makes life around you. The people around you are all affected by the discussion we have, the tone we use, pitch and words we choose to use. The conversation can pick people up or bring them down. We can be mindful of what our unconscious is saying in the conversation, that is your body language, gestures and even our thoughts we are having about the other person all come through in our discussion. Telling everyone how big your going to make it when your sitting in front of the TV day after Day, will most likely result one year later your sharing the same story this time laced with excuses or "rational" explanations why you haven't achieved your goals and dreams. When your gut is telling you something is wrong, strength comes when your able to discern if this is important or is it something else (like gastro from that food left in the fridge for over a month).
