It’s Mental Health Awareness week so we thought it would be a great idea to have a guest on the show who specialises in mental health and wellbeing.
This week Shaun is talking with Dan Edwards, a personal trainer from the midlands who focuses on building both the physical and mental strength of his clients. Dan also runs a wellbeing company with his Dad, Me Myself and Mind.
Dan tells us about a time he really struggled with his own mental health, how he got through it and some of the tools he uses with clients to help them manage their own minds.
