Lilly Safarian is “an international mediation practitioner and spoken word poet.” She is certified in Soul Based Living, founded by Raul Rosales, and practices her meditation on a daily basis.

She also writes spoken word poetry and performs in Los Angeles, CA.

Through her spoken word, she aims to “raise the vibrations” and bring together like-minded individuals to “raise the frequency of poets.”
