After suspected killer Luigi Mangione allegedly shot and killed UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson the most serious charge he is facing is second-degree murder. However, there is still a chance for the charge to be upgraded if prosecutors find evidence to prove he had an intent to commit terrorism by targeting other health insurance executives.
