This one's been a long time coming. After over a year's delay (thanks, COVID), synth pop multi-hyphenate and Trailing Twelve label owner NYIKO finally arrives in the Zoom studio to talk all about his debut album Honesty and toast a gorgeous Bleeding on You cocktail that Pedro graciously mailed to him (regretfully failing to send one to Anthony as well). A Bleeding on You

Add fresh thyme leaves, bitters, and squeezed lime quarter to a shaker. Muddle them together. Add a couple of ice cubes, gin, and puree blend (also add egg white if desired). Shake very well. Strain into tumbler filled 2/3 of the way with ice. Once poured, add more ice. Gently pour chilled pea flower tea over the ice using the back of a bar spoon. Garnish and enjoy!
