2oz Cap Morgan (or spiced rum of choice)
1oz Kalua
2oz Ghia - non-alcoholic apéritif
1 cup of hot coffee, poured down metal spoon
4oz creamer (TJ’s oat creamer, cinnamon bun flavor)
Whipped Cream on top
Dry shake Captain Morgan, Kalua, and Ghia in a shaker.
Pour into mg and top with hot coffee poured down metal spoon
Top with creamer and whipped cream
At least you ended 2023 on a cozy note

Directions
Muddle Yuzu liqueur, simple syrup, ami mint in a shaker

Garnish with mint

3 oz Trader Joe’s Winter Wassail Punch Rosemary
Orange peel
Muddle rosemary and lemon juice
Add ice to the shaker with rum and shake

Garnish with rosemary sprig and orange peel

Singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Chris LaRocca joins us at the bar today as we get to the square root of the math rock genre, construct a biopic dream cast, and discuss his debut album, i cried my eyes out.
Which reminds us- speaking of dread, make sure to write down our 'Mood' playlist recommendations for the commute back to your parent's house. Gotta lock in that 'cool cousin' slot before it's too late.

Manic Maple
2oz Bourbon
3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 oz of Maple Syrup
Ginger Beer
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Cinnamon Stick
Lemon Slice
Shake bourbon, lemon juice, and maple syrup with ice.
Strain into rocks glass with ice.
Top with ginger beer.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.
Garnish with cinnamon stick, a lemon slice, and shaved ginger, which yes we are adding retroactively. Don't judge us.

thyme and green apple garnish
Shake bourbon, Siegburb, and apple cranberry juice in a shaker with ice
Strain into an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube
Garnish with apple slices and sprigs of thyme

2 oz Mezcal
½ oz Lime Juice
2-5 dashes Bitters
Ginger Beer to Top

Directions
Fill a highball glass with Butterfly Pea Ice Cubes
Add mezcal, lime juice, and bitters
Stir ingredients gently
Carefully pour ginger beer to fill
Garnish with twisted lime slice on a cocktail pick
