LIVE ON THE STREET! In the second installment of our new series, Live on the Street, we sit on the outside patio of Pilar's Martini Bar on a lively Thursday night (which also happens to be Open Mic Night), and sit down with... well, anyone that wants to talk with us! In this bite-sized interview style episode, we get quick tidbits from many local performers and other entertainment folk who share their stories, their tips, tricks, advice, and laughter. Join us in this fun (and sure to be frequent) Part 2 of 2 episode hosted by Sage, Cristina, and of course Pilar's Martini Bar!
Welcome back to another exciting episode of O-Town Dreamers with your hosts: Sage Starkey and Cristina Hernandez! This week we invite two well known choreographers (as well as incredible performers): Spencer Morrow and Sterling Lovett. As they have a HUGE disney performing and dancing background, we start with one of our favorite games "The Pitch Meeting" as they try and create a brand new dance show for Disney World. We then dive deep into the world of dance and storytelling through choreography. How did they get here in their career? How can YOU get there in YOUR career? What truly separates a dancer and a choreographer. They have all the inside knowledge. As well as how to achieve that here in O-Town and abroad. Get ready to laugh, listen....and cry (AHEM...Sterling). As always a big thank you to Pilars Martini Bar in Winter Garden for hosting us. Follow, subscribe and review! "We dream for a living!"
Sage and Cristina head back to the Theme Parks in their Theme Parks 101 series! Except this time....102! This week we welcome Deanna Quintero and Chase Allen. Two amazing performers at the parks as well as being rockstars outside of the parks! Sit back as we laugh and chat about why we continue to still work at the parks and what keeps us going! Some fun backstage horror stories! REAL conversations about the proper way to behave ON AND OFF stage! We even get silly with some BRAND NEW games: "Mad Lib Soap Operas" and "Role's We Should Never Play: The Debate!" You might want to grab a drink for this one. We certainly did! Huge thanks to Pilars Martini Bar for hosting us! Don't forget to SUBSCRIBE, FOLLOW AND LEAVE A REVIEW! "We dream for a living!"
In this special GET TO KNOW US two-host episode, Sage and Cristina open up about their personal performing journeys from humble beginnings to being resilient and achieving many of their own goals. They play a fun game of RESUME, SET, GO with their own resumes and the second half of the episode delves deep into a darker side of the business which can seem very intimidating: rejection, failure, and comparison. O-Town Dreamers podcast equips you with the mindset you need to help achieve your dreams despite these obstacles!
What happens when you get four vocalists in a room to talk about singing? Usually it's non-stop riffing, but on this episode of O-Town Dreamers, two of our favorite resident Orlando singers chat with us about vocal health, training, abilities, experiences, and address the concerns of auditioning and how to work through that comparison bug that bites all performers from time to time. Join myself and Sage as we talk with Anthony Gargiula and Will Scott about moving to Orlando and how their careers have blossomed. We play a fun TRUTH or LIE game, figuring out which gig horror story is true or false, as well as hear some useful tips on keeping your vocal chords healthy and warm!
Of course, thank you to Pilar's Martini Bar in Winter Garden, Florida for hosting us!

On this episode of O-Town Dreamers, we're honored to speak with writer, director, actor, improviser, and theme park veteran John Connon. We talk all things improv, and why it's such a useful skill for any performer. He talks about his big decision after graduating from University of Michigan and deciding where to take his performing career and how he found his way to O-Town. We play a hilarious game of Pitch Meeting where we create a new show for Universal Studios and he talks about his favorite gigs. He also proves that you can have a fantastic quality of life doing everything from writing your own scripts and being creative to pay your bills while maintaining a comfortable lifestyle.
