It can be easy to lead others outside the home, be it at work, in the community, or at church, but how are you at being a leader within the home?  In this session, Pastor Daniel shares how his mis-alignment with God added to the strain in his working to lead the family, and how desperate one must be to come to God's workstation for a much needed adjustment.

What are the qualifications of leadership in the Church?  According to 1 Timothy 3, Paul gives us a breakdown of what a minister should look like.  How can you be assured that you are aligned for ministry?  And is ministry only within the church.  Pastor Daniel expresses what an aligned Church leader looks like.

Are you looking to be a leader in the workplace?  In looking at the example of Joseph, we can see that while Joseph was taken from the prison to second in command, it all began with alignment first to God.  

Are you looking to be a leader in your community?  Are you looking to make a difference in you area of the world.  While this is a noble task it can only be done when we are aligned with God.  Moving in His ways and in His will allows for the changes He desires.  However, it all starts with our being in alignment with God.

Do you want to be a leader in this new year?  Being a leader begins with alignment - our being in alignment with God.  Before we can lead in the community, church, workplace or home, we must first be sure we are aligned with our Heavenly Father.

Continuing on in his study of Matthew 16:24-26, Pastor Daniel looks at the benefits of dying to self in order that true life may be experienced.  Listen now as Pastor shares from his own life a need he had for air, and how he even still is gasping for breath.

Jesus told His disciples that to truly be a disciple they would need to: deny themselves, take up their cross, and follow Him.  In today's teaching, Pastor Daniel explores the truth of these instructions so that we too can be a disciple of Jesus.

For unto us a child is born!  While many would have expected a King, God gifted the world a baby boy who would grow up to be a man, King, teacher, and so much more.  The Christmas story revolves around this baby, and today we take a look at just who the shepherds worshiped and the Magi sought after.

Continuing on in his telling of the Christmas story, Pastor Daniel looks at the life of Joseph.  Joseph had royal blood, but more importantly he knew when God was speaking to him through a dream.  As we dive into Joseph's life we find that he moved in efforts of protection for Jesus all led by dreams he was having.

Beginning a new series, Pastor Daniel looks at the key characters of Christmas, starting with Mary.  She was called highly favored and blessed, but what does that mean?  And what might have been going on in her mind hearing the news of her being the virgin mother?
