Well, we kept blinking, time kept passing, and my friends- we have reached the end of The Eagle. A story which started so long ago in a noisy bar and ends... here.

This is the final episode of The Eagle. When I started airing The Eagle, I aired the first episode between the last 2 episodes of Unwoven since "chronologically" they fit together there. I am not a sadist, so I will not be airing the entire 10 episodes of the next book that chronologically fit between the last 2 episodes of The Eagle, but if you are a masochist, or revisit this later, this episode is the last chronological episode in the trilogy. (: (and to tease, yes, the forthcoming 3rd novel is entirely different than either of the other two- both in writing, content and how I decided to handle adapting it for audio.)
We'll be having a self-indulgent Eagle after party next ~week, and perhaps a short hiatus before the next book. xx
content warnings: cussin', discussion of suicide
Episode 18 of The Eagle- the second to last episode. In this episode, James acts, for perhaps the first time, with a free heart and a clear conscious. He does what he needs to do and watches in wonder as another year passes with his companions.

content warnings: just a lil cussin'
Episode 17 of the Eagle. James has made it through his first winter, making it almost an entire year on his own. When faced with closure and temptation to slip back into the comfort of things he used to know- has he learned enough about himself to know how to listen to himself?

content warnings: no actual content warnings besides cussin'
We're back at it with episode 16 of The Eagle!
This week... James is going to have to face the consequences of last week...
written & narrated by Erik Tinsley
content warnings: cussin', mild sexuality, violence, this part of the book makes my girlfriend weep uncontrollably
Episode 15 of The Eagle.
This week, James puts a lot of effort into self-improvement which I am sure will be in no way sabotaged or undermined by the poor planning or actions of his associates.

content warnings: cussin', violence, mental health
We're back with episode 14 of The Eagle. When things start to go too well, it's like your brain always has to step in and say- WAIT- remember when things were bad?
written & narrated by Erik Tinsley
content warnings: cussin', mild violence, depictions of mental health episodes
It's episode 13 of The Eagle. Bromance, romance, unspoken secrets, politics, intrigue! Will we get an explanation about what Wren had in mind for Mori? Are James and Olli going to really be a "thing"? Is James casually creating a hostile work environment for his ex employees? Find out in this episode!

content warning: pretty mild sexuality, cussin'

content warning: relatively mild sexuality, cussin', questionable voice acting decisions (y'know, the usual)
In this episode of Laundry Day, Erik checks in after a bit of a hiatus. We chat about why I started, stopped and resumed Oblivion Spin Presents, the future of the podcast, my experience with quitting social media and vastly limiting my phone time- and more!
Here's the story I wrote about a Pasta Roller: A Story about a Pasta Roller by Erik Tinsley (helloamericalit.com) also keep your eye on this website for more of my writing in the future.

In this episode, Erik does a guided meditation?
There are places in my past I am homesick for but can't visit because they don't exist anymore- maybe we can visit some of them together. I had hoped to take you to a beach near the Stillaguamish river, the way I remembered it as a kid- but I think we ended up visiting the last time I saw this location in college. Maybe you will find something sitting by the water a minute.
I took about a six month hiatus from posting episodes, for personal reasons. I will eventually finish The Eagle, I want to record the rest first so I am not starting and stopping. I did record (but haven't edited) the next book in the series, which should be quite special. In the meantime, I plan to pop by with more meditations, laundry days and other shorter things.
Where should we go next?
