Tim Roper is back!
At least Tim is joining us again today.
Find out what Tim has been up to.
With three (trifecta) categories or topics to cover we dig deeper into the three headed monster Tim is working on.
Listen in and discover today's triple crown.
It has been said that travel expands your horizons.
Especially going someplace you have never been before.
Add to that, towers, mountains, monuments and other edifaces you can summit.
One such edifice is found near Stuttgart Germany, in the city of Ulm,
Before you even get close to the city, you can see the towering Ulm Münster steeple on the skyline. This 531-ft steeple is the tallest of any cathedral in the world, and the Ulm Münster, without the pews, the nave of the church could hold nearly 20,000 people, more than twice the population of Ulm at the time the cathedral was begun in 1377.
Think of times and trips in your travels when you have climbed higher and higher.
The views can be amazing.
It's a great metaphor for life.
When you elevate your persepctrive and push youself forward toward an expanded horizon, your vantage will change because you will change. The higher you are, the farther you can see.
Every once in a while, events occur in our lives that change the very trajectory we are on. Between the highs and lows, the victories, as well as, the defeats, these monumental moments are transformative. Often they orchestrate new chapters in our life story.
2025 promises to be an exciting journey full of new chapters and new twists and turns in the road we travel.
Join us for observations thru the looking glass as we turn the page towards are future.
Beyond Tomorrow's Horizons
Beyond Tomorrow's Horizons

Passing through time

Each new dawn

Beyond Tomorrows Horizons,
the Future speaks:
New generations,

has hardened
Tomorrow
Becomes Today.

What motivates men?
Needs and wants are motivators.
So are rewards.
For podcast purposes we have broken down some of these needs and wants and rewards into categories.
Today's podcast we talk about External Motivators, Internal Motivators, and Supernal Motivators.
Each of the 3 areas can be broken down into subcategories or facets.
Under External Motivators: Physical, Sexual, Financial, Material, Recreational
Under Interal Motivators: Mental, Emotional, Social, Political, Moral
Under Supernal Motivators: Spiritual, Theological, Marital, Parental, Personal
These categories can be likened to the 18 wheels on a semi truck.
Consider the weight balance and necessary tire pressure on the 18 wheels. All of the eighteen tires are necessary but if one tire has a blow out, the remaining tires can manage the load until the tire can be repaired or replaced. If each tire represented
a need, having several flat tires would negatively affect the a balance in the system. If the blown tire is neglected and other tires eventually blow as well, the rig would be stranded.
You could easily over exaggerate a few areas while neglecting others. You could be physically fit for example, but socially inept. You could be in shape financially, but an absent husband or father. You could even excel spiritually and intellectually but be emotionally unstable.
Listen and discover ways you can improve character as you focus on the facets of your life that move you.
And make sure you get colon cancer screening!

Last episode Tim and I discussed identifiers we called demographics to explore the idea that our identiy includes certain categories.
For example,
Age:
Gender:
Birthplace:
Ethnicity:
Marital status:
Parenthood:
Sexual orientation:
Education:
Employment:
Economic Level:
Religious affiliation:
Current Residence:
Today we are going to broaden our approach and focus on some of the groups we find ourselves in.
Some of these categories are
School
Work
Family
Church
Neighborhood
Hobby
For today's episode we are calling these categories "Silos"
Listen as we explore silos and how to bridge the gaps between them.
Welcome to a Special Edition of our podcast!
On the first day of December.
And, first snowstorm of the year.
Today we are talking demographics.
Not just the kind that focuses on a target audience.
But our own personal demographics and the categories we find ourselves in.
Today's special edition is focused on one major core demographic.
And, it's a gender classification.
Join us as we introduce a new subject matter.
Pointed at a specific subject audience.
And that audience is men.
