We dove into her incredible journey, you know, how she fought through addiction and came out on the other side all about wellness, her adventures in motherhood, and her deep dive into how the MTHFR mutation affects our health. Jamie got real personal, sharing her own stories about giving birth, making vaccination choices, and tackling her daughter's health challenges, all while keeping a strong belief in holistic wellness and trusting her gut.

We touch a lot of topics in this conversation ranging on some serious stuff, like the risks of using Tylenol, especially after vaccinations, and how important diet is for kids' health—she's really into the blood type diet and supplement support. Jamie didn't hold back on her thoughts about the shortcomings of Western medicine and shared her drive to help others with all the things she's learned.
