Obsessive Comics Disorder | A Geek Comedy Podcast

We're back!  And for some reason, I seemed to forgot how to podcast, as this episode is full of mistakes.  First of all, I didn't have time for show notes, so we just ramble on for a bit.  Secondly, about 30 minutes into the show my SD card on my digital recorder filled up, cutting off the end of the show.  Okay, I thought, I have a backup through the video I was recording, I'll just rip the audio out of that.  However, there was some weird buzzing in the video that made it utterly worthless.  So here you guys go, *clearly* I have some bugs to work out but in the meantime I didn't want you guys to go any longer without an episode.  I hope you enjoy! http://ocdcast.com [email protected] twitter.com/ChrisTheProf twitter.com/Philip_RD facebook.com/obsessivecomicsdisorder

We're back again, with a few new things to throw at you -- first of all, we are rebranding the show as "Your Sunday Night GAMER Talk Show", as we both realized that we are both Gamers in all sense of the word and those are the things that appeal to us.  Secondly, I bought a house!  Hear what that means to me, and what it means to the show before we go into talking about the standard games/news -- plus a few things we wish we could have but could never afford! A very short episode this week, as we haven't had too much going on to talk about, but that doesn't mean there wasn't news-worthy stuff this week.  I show Philip a trailer for MechWarrior Online, a STO dev says PvP sucks in the game, and Diablo 3 is coming! Now that the wedding and honeymoon is all over, I manage to crawl back down into the studio and get Philip over to record a podcast!  We talk about the wedding, some of the stuff Ashley and I did (while not in the hotel room....) during the honeymoon, and some of the games that we have managed to play over the past couple of days.  Plus, I throw in a brief mention of some iOS games that have been keeping me occupied. I really wanted to get a show out this week, especially since I won't be able to record this Sunday.  However, sickness prevented me from recording a regular show this week so I decided to publish this special episode instead.  Last Friday night, two of my friends from when I lived in North Carolina came up for my Bachelor's party the following day.  It was late at night, and we were just talking in my studio when one of them suggested that we flip on the microphones and record a podcast....which we did.  We spend some time talking about gaming and other such topics, so I hope you all enjoy.  Philip and I will be back April 29th with a fresh new episode for you all!

Sorry on the delay on this episode - was extremely sick last week and wasn't able to post this episode.  We don't let April Fools get the best of us; as we go through some top companies known for their April Fools pranks: Blizzard, Google, and ThinkGeek. This week, we don't spend TOO much time talking about Star Trek and Star Trek Online, as Blizzard released a bunch of information about the new expansion for World of Warcraft.
