Dear Occupational Therapists...
Have you ever felt that you were not acknowledge for your expertise?
Do you see OT's day in and day out working hard and receiving no recognition for their diligence?
Are you into medical dramas (i.e. Grey's Anatomy, ER, The Good Doctor, Chicago Med, etc.) and NEVER EVER EVER see your profession on the screen?
If you answered "YES" to these question, get ready for the OTSA Awards. This is the "Occupational Therapy Service Award". The OTSA's recognize OT's from around the globe for their perserverance, hard work, tenacity, persistence, and heart. Starting soon, you will be able to nominate yourself or other OT's for this OT specific award, by joining "The Occupational Therapy Review" Facebook group. The awards are sponsored by the International institute of Therapeutic Intervention and Learning, in Washington, DC.
You should not go unrecognized!!!
