The occupation of the US Government was achieved many years ago under the protection of groups like the ADL(Anti-Defamation League), who monitor messaging apps, social media accounts, online behavior and more for evidence of “antisemitism”. They do this without warrant, violating the privacy of Americans on a daily basis. After violating personal privacy, they report the collected information to the FBI in an ironic attempt to bring legal consequences that violate 1st Amendment rights using information they obtained illegally and unethically using an ever broadening definition of antisemitism. Understanding the use of the label “antisemitism” and how it has been exploited is crucial to understanding Israel’s multi-prong, trojan horse.
PRONG #1: HOW DARE YOU BLAME ISRAEL FOR WHAT THEY DEFINITELY DID?

The methods used to combat antisemitism has been expanding for decades. The current working definition of antisemitism reads like a covert narcissist’s playbook on gas lighting and the exploitation of the victimhood. Baked into the definition is a cleverly crafted amalgam of projection, freudian-style slippage, and passive-aggressive intimidation to deter anyone bold enough to do a little digging.
“Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis” - Example of Antisemitism. IHRA Definition
The unapologetic hijacking of the root word “Semite” from other semitic speaking people, most notably the Palestinian Arabs, can be used to metaphorically describe the Israelis genocidal actions in Gaza and continued hostile take-over in the West Bank. Much like the land Israel exists on, the Palestinians appear to have the prevailing right as they are definitionaly more semitic than the Eastern European, Ashkenazi Jews such as Benjamin Netanyahu AKA Benjamin Mileikowsky. When viewed through this lense one could argue that the biggest purveyors of “antisemitism” is Israel. I’m fairly certain the ongoing genocide of a semitic group of Palestinian Arabs would be considered “Antisemitism” in its most extreme form. I suppose definitions can be interpreted differently. Zionists often miss the mark when it comes to interpretation. Penance and persecution could feel similar to those who have never been held accountable before.

The Working Definition of Antisemitism According to the IHRA
This section is a direct quote of the literature as posted on the official website of the ADL
“On 26 May 2016, the IHRA Plenary decided to adopt the following non legally binding working definition of Antisemitism:
Antisemitism is a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews. Rhetorical and physical manifestations of antisemitism are directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals and/or their property, toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.
To guide IHRA in its work, the following examples may serve as illustrations: Manifestations might include the targeting of the state of Israel, conceived as a Jewish collectivity. However, criticism of Israel similar to that leveled against any other country cannot be regarded as antisemitic. Antisemitism frequently charges Jews with conspiring to harm humanity, and it is often used to blame Jews for “why things go wrong.” It is expressed in speech, writing, visual forms and action, and employs sinister stereotypes and negative character traits.
Contemporary examples of antisemitism in public life, the media, schools, the workplace, and in the religious sphere could, taking into account the overall context, include, but are not limited to:
* Calling for, aiding, or justifying the killing or harming of Jews in the name of a radical ideology or an extremist view of religion.
* Making mendacious, dehumanizing, demonizing, or stereotypical allegations about Jews as such or the power of Jews as collective — such as, especially but not exclusively, the myth about a world Jewish conspiracy or of Jews controlling the media, economy, government or other societal institutions.
* Accusing Jews as a people of being responsible for real or imagined wrongdoing committed by a single Jewish person or group, or even for acts committed by non-Jews.
* Denying the fact, scope, mechanisms (e.g. gas chambers) or intentionality of the genocide of the Jewish people at the hands of National Socialist Germany and its supporters and accomplices during World War II (the Holocaust).
* Accusing the Jews as a people, or Israel as a state, of inventing or exaggerating the Holocaust.
* Accusing Jewish citizens of being more loyal to Israel, or to the alleged priorities of Jews worldwide, than to the interests of their own nations.
* Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a state of Israel is a racist endeavor.
* Applying double standards by requiring of it a behavior not expected or demanded of any other democratic nation.
* Using the symbols and images associated with classic antisemitism (e.g., claims of Jews killing Jesus or blood libel) to characterize Israel or Israelis.
* Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.
* Holding Jews collectively responsible for actions of the state of Israel.
Antisemitic acts are criminal when they are so defined by law (for example, denial of the Holocaust or distribution of antisemitic materials in some countries).
Criminal acts are antisemitic when the targets of attacks, whether they are people or property – such as buildings, schools, places of worship and cemeteries – are selected because they are, or are perceived to be, Jewish or linked to Jews.
Antisemitic discrimination is the denial to Jews of opportunities or services available to others and is illegal in many countries.” - ACJ Official WebsiteDownload The 12 Page Complete Definition in PDF:
The ADL’s switch from Defense to Offense: Monitor, Track & Disrupt
Meet Jonathan Greenblatt, the CEO of the ADL since 2015. This Connecticut-born Zionist was a social entrepreneur and served as the Director of the Office of Social Innovation and Civic Participation in the Obama administration. Here is a clip of Greenblat boasting about their unconstitutional methods of spreading propaganda and silencing dissent - or as the IHRA would interpret as “re-education, training and combating antisemitism"
Transcript
”So, number one, we measure and track. Number two, we monitor and disrupt. We have a whole apparatus. I have 40 analysts working full-time, seven days a week, 24 hours a day, monitoring extremists. We monitor them online, social media, messaging apps, video games, cryptocurrency, podcasts, short form video, Wikipedia, LLMs. We monitor these people and we share the intelligence with the FBI.
You saw last month, you heard about the thing that happened at Wilshire Boulevard Temple. Our analysts investigated what happened. They said they were Korea Town for Palestine. This group of people, they weren’t. We were able to ascertain they were from a group called the Turtle Island Liberation Front. Turtle Island is how left-wing activists refer to the United States. They don’t call it America, they call it Turtle Island, like the Iranians call it the Zionist entity. They only call it by its name.
The Turtle Island Liberation Front, we gave them a whole dossier. Who are they, what are their ideas, their goals, who are they? We identified the people who were in the synagogue.
This was on Wednesday, December the 10th. On Monday, December the 15th, this is going to ring a bell. Cash Patel announced they cracked a terror ring where they arrested four people who were planning New Year’s Eve bombings, Turtle Island Liberation Front. At least one of the people I know for certain was in the building at Wilshire Boulevard Temple vandalizing it and disrupting the event.
So, we’re monitoring left-wing radicals like the DSA and the anti-war crazies and the pro-Palestine crazies. We’re monitoring right-wing extremists like white supremacists, armed militia groups. We’re monitoring political Islamists and Christian nationalists, all of them.
And then we train. We’re the largest trainer of law enforcement in America, extremism and hate. We train 20,000 officers every year.”
ADL IS NO STRANGER TO CROSSING THE LINE: ADC V. ADL
The ADC v. ADL case was a 1990s-era civil lawsuit brought by the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee against the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith. It arose after allegations that ADL-affiliated investigators and informants collected and compiled information on Arab American, anti-apartheid, and other civil rights organizations, as well as individual activists, using a mix of public records, private intelligence gathering, and allegedly improperly obtained law enforcement data.
The case became significant because it raised concerns about privacy, surveillance of political advocacy groups, and the use of confidential police information outside of official law enforcement channels. Rather than going to a full trial, the matter was resolved through a federal settlement that imposed restrictions on future surveillance practices, required the removal of certain collected data, and placed the organization under court-supervised compliance measures for a period of time.
ADC v. ADL Case Summary
1. Core Allegations in the Lawsuit
These were the claims brought by the plaintiffs and supported through discovery, informant evidence (including Roy Bullock), and investigative reporting, but not fully adjudicated in a trial:
A. Surveillance and Intelligence Gathering
* Systematic monitoring of Arab American, anti-apartheid, and civil rights organizations
* Surveillance of activist groups including:
* Greenpeace
* United Farm Workers
* ACT UP
* American Indian Movement
* Asian Law Caucus
* Collection of intelligence on hundreds of individuals, including public officials
B. Misuse of Law Enforcement Data
* Acquisition of confidential police and criminal justice records
* Alleged access to restricted systems (including California CLETS data)
* Gathering of arrest records, fingerprints, and other non-public information
C. Informant Network Activity (Roy Bullock and others)
* Use of private investigators acting as informants
* Blending of police intelligence sources with private surveillance work
* Sharing of law enforcement-derived data with private organizations
D. Financial Concealment
* Allegations of a hidden or improperly structured bank account used to fund intelligence gathering
* Use of third parties or false identifiers in financial arrangements
E. Civil Rights and Privacy Violations
* Targeting individuals and groups engaged in lawful political advocacy
* Collection of sensitive personal data without consent
* Chilling effect on First Amendment-protected activity
F. LEGAL CLAIM
* Coordinated effort between investigators, informants, and organizational actors to conduct unlawful surveillance
2. What Was Actually Settled / Enforced by the Court
These are the binding outcomes of the settlement, enforced through a federal court order:
A. Permanent Injunction
* ADL was permanently barred from engaging in illegal surveillance of Arab American and civil rights organizations
* This is the strongest form of civil court restriction, preventing repetition of the alleged conduct
B. Removal of Illegally Obtained Data
* Court-ordered purge of improperly acquired materials from ADL files
* Included:
* Law enforcement intelligence reports
* Arrest records
* Fingerprints and mug shots
* Social Security numbers
* Driver’s license and vehicle data
* Other non-public personal identifiers
C. Special Master Oversight
* A court-appointed special master supervised:
* Identification of illegally obtained information
* Removal from organizational files
* Long-term retention (6–10 years) for potential litigation use before destruction
D. Compliance Monitoring
* ADL required to submit annual compliance reports for four years
* Reports had to detail steps taken to ensure legal compliance going forward
E. Scope of Relief
* Settlement covered a class of 800+ organizations and individuals
* Effectively resolved civil claims without a trial verdict on liability
”The ADL’s abuse of the term anti-Semitism not only muzzles legitimate criticism of injustices perpetrated by Israel, but it communicates a dangerous message that all Jews share the same views — a central tenet of traditional anti-Semitism — and implies that there is something Jewish about military occupation (and by extension, that boycotting occupation is boycotting Jews). Furthermore, it detracts from naming and fighting the very real and present acts of anti-Semitism.” -

The Stain of Being Labeled an Antisemite
Being labeled a “jew-hater” is one thing that is even more damning and follows a person worse than sharting in the pool at the company 4th of July party. With the ever-expanding definition of antisemitism coupled with the tightening of the 1st Amendment as the hostile take-over of the United States continues people have become less inclined to think critically, let alone speak critically of Israel.
Here is the red flag- Americans are being shamed, fired, cancelled, targetted, attacked, jailed and worse for having the completely normal allergic reaction to genocide. Here is where alarms should be going off - If you oppose war you are crazy. If you are against the genocide of Palestinians, you are crazy and considered an extremist who needs to be monitored. Let that sink for a moment.
So, we’re monitoring left-wing radicals like the DSA and the anti-war crazies and the pro-Palestine crazies. -Jonathan Greenblatt, CEO of the Anti-Defamation League
