The Donegal TD who raised concerns in relation to the sexual abuse of residents at the HSE run Ard Greine Court Complex and Sean o Hare Unit in St Josephs Hospital in Stranorlar has called for the HSE’s CEO and board to resign.

An unpublished report found that at least 18 residents sustained abuse over a period of 13 years. The abuse was carried out by a former resident who is now deceased.

Deputy Pringle was a guest on this morning’s North West today where he discussed the matter with John Lynch.

Yesterday we finally got some details in relation to the future easing of restrictions from the government.

All restrictions were due to have been lifted on Friday next, the so called ‘freedom day’.

Wheras some restrictions will ease others won’t and indeed there is still uncertainty in certain sectors in relation to what they can and indeed cannot do.
