Local governments and aid organizations are sounding the alarm that food stamps for 600,000 Coloradans will be delayed in November. Then, flooding in southwest Colorado spurs a historic rescue mission — for a missing hot tub. And the film festival that shows the transformation of a beloved Colorado town.
