In their heyday, Earnestine Mitchell and Hazel Jones rubbed elbows with some of the biggest names in rock and soul history. Their juke joint was the go-to hangout for the after-show party crowd. After decades of decadence, 13 souls remain at the bar to party for eternity. From a haunted jukebox to a fire-haired phantom to a cheeseburger that'll make you wanna slap your, mama, Earnestine and Hazel's has got it all.

In 1918, the SS Princess Sophia sank in a freak accident off the coast of Juneau, Alaska. All 353 passengers aboard her perished. But some of them found their way out of their watery graves and still reside in the basements of Juneau businesses.

Beer and baseball, it's what St Louis is made of! But there's a dark side to the city, and in it a haunted mansion that was once home to a German beer baron who made it all possible. In this episode we cover the history of the Lemp family, the tragic circumstances that led to six of their deaths (four of which happened inside the mansion) and the hauntings that have been going on ever since the death of the final Lemp heir.
Trigger warning: this episode deals heavily with suicide.

Food, drink and ghosts are a few of my favorite things (top 3, actually). In this episode, I present you with the haunted history of Muriel's, Lafitte's Blacksmith Tavern and The Court of Two Sisters, all located in the French Quarter, as well as food and drink recommendations at each.

I recently found a mysterious book in my library that I'd never seen before. It's called The Demon Hunter's Handbook and it was written by a cat named Abelard Van Helsing. Although I don't recall applying for or accepting such a job, and I'm not sure how the HR department slid this handbook onto my home bookshelf, I read it anyway. And now wish I hadn't. Because apparently, if you're physically able to read it, then it's your job to fight the forces of Hell. Gonna be honest, the job does not sound lit. Wanna take the position? Listen to what the handbook says and decide!

Well, maybe they won't exactly eat your soul. They will definitely nibble some holes in it though! Today we discuss 6 pieces of art that are famously haunted, cursed, or both. These paintings, sculptures and vases do everything from making you flunk your algebra midterm to outright killing you and your entire family just for laying hands on it. Hit up Google for the visuals, but please don't buy this art!

It's the 97th anniversary of the day that freakin' jerk named the Cecil Hotel opened and the mouth of Hell opened with it. She seemed so cool at first, but she turned into a psycho real fast. Just like me! Almost from the beginning, the Cecil drew in desperate souls and quickly became a vortex of misery, violence and despair. In this episode, I chronicle the dozens of deaths that occurred there (hundreds if you ask the former hotel manager) , as well as the violent murderers who called it home, leading up to the tragic and mysterious case of Elisa Lam.

Each year, hundreds of people attempt to climb Mount Everest. Each year, someone dies trying. More than 200 bodies remain there, making the mountain a graveyard in the sky. In this episode, we look at why the climb is so deadly and the lives behind some of the most well-known climbers who still reside on Everest. Do you love to cry? Do you think my voice is nasal but not quite nasal enough? Well get ready, because I'm barely intelligible through my tears. Apologies in advance.
