This week we're here to make you think. Melissa and Liz both chose topics that have many layers and much to dissect. First, Melissa talks about the Near Death Experience of Mary Neal, MD., and the many questions and mysteries that surround the topic of life after death. Then, Liz discusses the case of Gilberto Valle - a man who openly fantasized about his cannibalistic desires in online forums, even bringing his wife and baby into the mix. This week we leaned HEAVILY into the "odd" side of things. First, Liz tells us the story of a murder that is possibly linked to a strange cult-like group called the Orgone Warriors who warn their followers about “reptilian” extraterrestrials living secretly as humans. Yikes. Then, Melissa serves up another strange topic: Objectum Sexuality. People who identify as Objectum Sexuals find themselves sexually attracted to inanimate objects like dolls, buildings, and carnival rides. Double yikes. This is a weird one, y'all - are you here for it?

Liz is out this week doing hot girl shit (that's what the kids are saying now, right?) - but never fear - Meaghan is here! Our good friend has graced Melissa with her presence so she didn't have to fly solo for Episode 006, which is a doozy. This week, Melissa steps behind the true crime desk to tell the story of Josh Lambert and the two horrific murders he committed back in 2012 in the small town of Oak Harbor, Washington. This story is close to Melissa's heart as it happened in her home town and she actually knew this family back in the day. This is a super crazy story of which the moral is: don't do meth.
