👨‍🎓 👩‍🎓 A teacher is a person who teaches students in a school as an occupation. Teaching is a profession, i.e., it is a paid occupation that requires a special training or formal qualifications. Teaching typically involves imparting theoretical knowledge. 

For example, a Math teacher teaches theories, formulas, and information about math. He or she may also teach the students how to apply this knowledge practically. A teacher is more focused on curriculum, syllabus, and assessments. However, A good teacher can be called an educator. 

👨‍🎓 👩‍🎓 In my opinion, teachers are instructors and they focus on academic (curricular) activities. They prepare students for exams and help them achieve academic success. They may not be well equipped to look at issues critically and may not have knowledge about critical pedagogy. 

The main difference between an educator and a teacher is an educator is usually viewed as a mentor, instructor, or a trainer. That is to say, an educator does not merely teach, he gives sure his students intellectual, moral, and social instructions. 

👨‍🎓 👩‍🎓 I spend approximately 25 hours at work a week teaching online, that is, 6 days, Sunday through Fridays. This could be the healthiest way to earn a living online, especially if you are over 40 years old. I'm 55 and any "hard hours" over 25 hours is based on my teachpreneur Facebook business.

In 2020, during the zombie pandemic 1.0, I decided to learn how to balance life & then work while being locked down. I only offer my content on Facebook organically and share my experiences in my Online Digital Education community. I help educators build great mini courses, how to use your email copywriting skills, attraction marketing, and build your Messenger relationships with authenticity so you can convert your potential clients into revenue.  

I found my passive income niche last year on October 2020 after a 3rd attempt to get it right and understand my "WHY" and the people I dedicate my time with, YOU, the global teacher. Making money selling educational mini courses, having a private group on Facebook and pushing hard to become the best educational affiliate partner does sound quite lucrative & it is. I consider it the hard work being done daily and it pays off in passive income.

Nearly all the obstacles you are facing have been encountered and successfully dealt with by another teacherpreneur before you.

Globally, teachers are paid in love and in a lot of under developed countries, teachers don't even get to first base with this "love". Teachers need and want cold hard cash because they also have families and bills to pay with the "love" they put out daily. Unfortunately, you can’t pay the rent in love.

You do not have to work based on a per hour basis online, you can work based on a 15/30 day cycle providing a self education mini course which provides you with a life/work balance that favors you and your clients time frames.

However, teacherpreneurs help develop happiness in their educational niche and their clients. One way they do this is by supporting clients in their day to day work, in a comforting way. They integrate their knowledge with research on motivation, interaction and cognitive science to create the best possible experience to ascend each client to their own best level.

Grit is not a race, it is a marathon for long term success.

Grit teaches everyone that without challenges people do not evolve and will not grow that positive relationship toward themselves, viewing themselves as capable and competent individuals. Hence, the growth mindset I always talk about.

Starting a new journey in life requires lots of belief in a number of areas.  In order to find a trustworthy cause, you need to have a core reason in yourself to believe you can serve. Understanding how you can help others so that they’ll help you is a key belief for a  teacherpreneur. You have to accept the basic premise and understand their goals and motivations. This comes a lot easier to someone with high emotional intelligence.

Successful teacherpreneurs know how to harness the energy, knowledge, and abilities of the people they serve. One way they get the best out of their dream audience is by remaining empathetic.  For a teacherpreneur with high emotional intelligence, treating those you serve with respect and looking out for their interests is all second nature.
