  • Are You Perfect?

Such a loaded question is explored on this episode of Odinn's Corner. When we approach this question, tend to veer towards the cautious side. We tend to avoid claiming to be perfect due to the negative stigma that comes with the choice of words. How can one claim to be perfect when we live in a world full of shame and guilt, How can one claim to be perfect when we all have sinned. Yes, they are loaded questions for any one who has a religious upbringing. Now is the time to unlearn this stigma and truly find what unconditional love for oneself is.

  • New Year, New Me

With a new year comes the many sayings of "New Year, New Me". When it comes to the statement, how may are actually taking the steps to becoming a new and better person? How many are willing to step into the state of being uncomfortable to create the best version of themselves. A new you doesn't come from comfort, it comes from accountability and being uncomfortable with the truth that you may be choosing to ignore.

  • True Growth

In this week’s episode, I take a deep dive into the meaning of true spiritual growth—and the obstacles that keep so many from reaching it. Too often, we cling to our beliefs with an iron grip, driven by ego and the need to be “right,” rather than opening our hearts and minds to see the world with greater clarity. I explore how rigid devotion to the teachings of the church can sometimes overshadow the living guidance of Jesus Christ, and how insisting that others agree with our views blocks us from experiencing the deeper unity that connects us all. “True Growth” is an invitation to let go of control, listen openly, and discover the freedom that comes with humility, compassion, and a willingness to truly learn.

  • Finding True Understanding

In this week’s episode of Finding True Understanding, we take a deep dive into the often-overlooked truth: not everyone is on the same path, pace, or phase of healing and growth. It's easy to forget that while we may be evolving, those we love may still be finding their footing. This episode is a heartfelt reminder to slow down, practice empathy, and recognize the power of being a safe space for others. Join us as we explore what real support looks like — not fixing, not forcing — but simply being there with presence, patience, and unconditional care.

  • Understanding Oneself

The hardest part of the healing journey is the ability to understand oneself. How many times have you been presented with the opportunity to face your shadows and chose to run from them? How many times have you been given that opportunity to become closer to Christ and chose to shy from it? Every moment is a chance to become closer to Christ, to higher self, to true integration within, you have to have the faith to take the step.

  • Another Trigger?

We all have triggers, yet most can never face them without projecting. Have you been emotionally abused or are you afraid to face your own shadows and blame others? This week will trigger many that refuse to face their own demons and blame others for what they can not face within themselves. Claiming Emotional abuse towards another in an adult relationship without true context within yourself is a true form of self sabotage and growth. If you can not take accountability within yourself and understand that everything is a reflection or mirror of what you feel within, you will never break your own cycles.

  • Finding True Faith

The hardest part of our growth spiritually is to break free of what we were taught and to challenge every belief we have ever had. This week I dive into what I have found on my journey in regard to religion and spiritual growth. Yes, I know this will trigger many because of the topic.

  • Crawl Before You Walk

Along the healing journey so many dislike this terminology. They don't like when they are approached with "you need to crawl before you walk" because it entails they must sit within their feelings. It means they must actually face the hurt and pain that they have experiences physical, emotionally, or psychologically. They don't feel it a requirement until it resurfaces again and again within their lifetime.
