How many times have you avoided the pain? How many times have you ignored the pain? Whether emotionally, mentally, or physically we all experience pain in some way. Today's episode goes into this and talks about overcoming it.

One must venture into the darkness if they wish to find their very own light. While many argue over the creation story between beliefs, any miss the connection between all of them. Many miss the true meaning hidden within the words of this story. Whether you believe the creation story of the Northmen, Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, or even the scripture written in Genesis. They all speak of the same message, from nothing came everything, from the darkness came the light. Are you willing to venture into the darkness if it means finding the light you are meant to shine upon the world?

We all fall victim to the dreaded listen to respond. When we learn to listen for the purpose of understanding the world changes in a magnificent way. When we can learn to understand why someone feels the way they do, even when the view isn't the same as our own, we create a better environment and community around us.

Today I deep dive on a question that truly sent myself into a realm unlike any other. A question so significant for myself that I never knew how profound it could be. Exploring a question that so many could find meaning from by simply sitting within their own spirit and finding the answers they seek from it.

You are allowed to be you! No one should ever force you to be smaller than yourself. Be you in every aspect of the term. You're allowed to feel larger than life! You're allowed to dress how you feel empowered! Don't ever allow anyone outside of yourself create a smaller version of you within you.
