In this episode, I talk about three apps that I've been using to reinforce my daily routine and habits. These are great for helping me with gratitude, balancing emotion, and staying on track. All of this in a given day takes a rough average of ten to fifteen minutes, something that anyone can make time for.
Daylio - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/daylio-journal/id1194023242 This app is my nightly check in, and I get the opportunity to actively ask myself how my day was.
Stoic - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/stoic-mental-health-tracker/id1312926037 I've been using this app for only about a week now, but there is a lot of value in the exercises that you can choose from each day. Stoic philosophy is something that has been talked about quite a bit in the past few years, and is something that I personally want to read and practice into more.
Steady Habit - http://steady-habit.com/ This is my favorite out of all three of these. It's a very clean app, and you get to organize it for each day of the week. This helps give you a gentle nudge to remind you of the habits you're should be doing. You could even use it to remind you of things you shouldn't be doing. Once I read James Clear's, Atomic Habits, it may change my perspective on how I attack my good and bad habits, and is something I look forward to circling back to in the near future in regards to both this app and on the podcast.
Also, subscribe to my newsletter, the Wolfe Pack, which I'm releasing January 2020. To get details on that, you can listen to episode 29, or read the quick blog I wrote covering what the newsletter will offer. If you subscribe prior to January 2020, there is a chance that you'll be picked to receive my favorite book, Dale Carnegie's, How to Win Friends & Influence People.
