Phil Valle is a nursing student at Finger Lakes Community College and a Patient Care Technician at Unity Hospital. Phil and I hadn't had contact since high school, so this was an interested way of seeing how far we've come and how much we've changed over the past years.
Siena Pullinzi is a local artist with a BFA in Printmaking from Nazareth College. We had a great talk about the generational differences, as well as campus culture, education, and philosophy.

Briget was an interesting guest to have on. We spoke about her upbringing in New York City, her work with art, and culture of college campuses when Shane comes in later in the show. This was a fun round table style talk that I wish could have lasted longer, there were so many other things we could have touched on.

Faith opened my eyes to a lot of concepts and ideas in this show, I know everyone will have positive takeaways after listening.

In this episode I talk about blue light and nose breathing, and their potential impacts on your body, and how you function. I also talk about Dan Harris' "10% Happier" book, and open up to the idea of learning more about meditation. I'd say that this weeks theme is focused on optimizing a small number of daily habits.
