This episode is about How my relationship to nature has changed through my life and how I have found a deeper connection with myself, the present moment, and my creativity, through being in nature.

I talk about:

The fact that I grew up with a very dualistic relationship to nature.

Very active and masculine relationship with the Norwegian forrest, and the more slow and feminine relationship with the nature in Sweden.

My ex really re-ignited my relationship with nature after being so disconnected from it while I was studying in New York.

When we split up, I took it open myself to find my own relationship with mama Gaia and have been on that journey ever since.

I also talk about the fact that I am going to study something called green health this fall. Which is all about how nature affects us humans in a positive way and how we can create both spaces and organise events for us to get the benefits from it. As well as to help nature become wild again. I am sooo excited about this.

I believe that nature is here to guide us and I have gotten so much clarity by being in nature. I find that when we stop pushing and forcing our life to happen but instead head into nature, we can open up for more creativity, inspiration and as  well as filling your own cup.

This opportunity I got to stay at a farm for a week was because I actively stepped towards my dreams.

This episode was recorded in Sintra in Portugal a few months ago and it was a real in real time transmission of the art of moving out of the comfort zone.

I share about:

Being able to sit with the discomfort you feel when you step out of your comfort zone.

How can we sit with the fear of the unknown without stopping ourselves from doing what we feel pulled toward?

You also can move too far out of your comfort zone without taking it to the extreme that might shock your nervous system.

Using your senses and connecting back to nature to anchor in and regulating yourself when expanding, in order to let your nervous system that you are safe.

This episode is a raw and honest one where I share more about my deep inner winter and what has been going down the past 8 ish months.

During Shamain last year I attended Mia Magik's retreat in the redwoods and my whole life-trajectory changed. I had set myself up for a path that wasn't 100% aligned and this winter I got the chance to get really clear on what I wanted.

And that was being deeply connected to nature.

I share all about how the perfect opportunity just fell in my lap because I had completely surrendered to what life was gonna bring me.

Hello my beautiful ladies!

Welcome to Of The Earth, a space for you to soften into your truth, reconnect with your roots and create from a space of overflow.

In todays episode I talk about what I feel like the sacred feminine path is not sharing enough on. I feel like there is a gap and that you are either a full on stoic which doesn't let emotions sway you OR you are a raging wild woman who always speaks her truth no matter how other people are affected.

I do think that there is a more cohesive way that we can integrate both of these paths and find a way in the middle, where we honour our emotions AND figure out why they keep coming up.

Yes, this is not the case for all women on the sacred feminine path, but I do find that a lot of women talking about how they want a partner who should be able to handle all of them, and I agree. But I also find that a lot of them will end up taking their own wounds out on their partner without taking ownership of ther inner landscape.
