  • 61. Are you holding onto outdated tools that are actually not serving you anymore?

As we move along this journey called life, we accumulate different tools that has helped us to get to where we are today. This can be everything from Breathwork, to reiki, to dance, to nature, to therapy and so on.

In this episode I invite you to take inventory over what’s in your toolbox and see if the things you have in there is still serving you. We are moving into a new season and fall is all about taking stock of what still works for us and what has worked in the past, but isn’t serving us anymore.

I share about my experience with going back to a dance class that I used to love going to and get so much out of, and how it didn’t really give me anything.

    Anger as a secondary emotion:

While we feel anger intensely on the surface, it rarely happens in a vacuum. Most of the time, it functions as emotional armor to mask deeper, more vulnerable feelings that are harder to face—such as grief, insecurity, rejection, or fear.

🌿 What are some tools you have loved using in the past, but is no longer resonating with?

  • 60. Taking on new things without running on empty by learning how you operate best.

Things are changing in my life and there are a lot of new solidifying in my life. So here is an episode all about how I am moving into it as a projector who has been very burnt out in the past by taking on WAAY too much.

I am starting an adornment brand!! I am also going to school again and working part time.

Since I have a past of taking on too much and completely crashing, I am moving forward into this with much more intention and slowness that I would in the past.

I am creating the foundation right now so that I am able to build something that lasts, and for me that is done slowly.

It has also been crucial to get to know how I work, what is important to me, and what makes me tick in order to create the best framework for me to be more grounded in this season of life.

  • 59. Letting yourself be seen in all that you are and not letting the fear of rejection hold you back from living your innate truth.

    Hello you beautiful being!

I hope you are doing well and that this episode can be a good reminder of stepping into your fullest essence.

This is the last episode from the week I spent on a farm this summer and we are going out with a bang.

Right before this episode I had moved through the things I had been holding in (that I talk about in the episode) by making noice and somatically moving the energy out of my body.

After a week of being without distractions I realised that I had been trying to hold myself back from my wild side and trying to hold it all together. I also realised that I get to be both a wild witch and a peaceful lover, and that there is room for my full expression.

I was also recording this episode as the thunderclouds came over me and it just made this episode even more magical.

Sometimes you just need to open your eyes to the signs around you and you will see that nature is always there to guide you and show you the way.

I hope you enjoyed the episode and I would love to connect with you on either substack or instagram.

    Until next time,

I am also back on instagram so I would love to hear about what your relationship with stillness is over there by dming me!

I hope you got some lil nuggets from this episode and I will talk to you soon!

  • 57. How nature transformed my life & helped me connect back to my inner truth, creativity and the presence.

    Hi you beautiful soul.

This episode is about How my relationship to nature has changed through my life and how I have found a deeper connection with myself, the present moment, and my creativity, through being in nature.

    I talk about:

The fact that I grew up with a very dualistic relationship to nature.

Very active and masculine relationship with the Norwegian forrest, and the more slow and feminine relationship with the nature in Sweden.

My ex really re-ignited my relationship with nature after being so disconnected from it while I was studying in New York.

When we split up, I took it open myself to find my own relationship with mama Gaia and have been on that journey ever since.

I also talk about the fact that I am going to study something called green health this fall. Which is all about how nature affects us humans in a positive way and how we can create both spaces and organise events for us to get the benefits from it. As well as to help nature become wild again. I am sooo excited about this.

I believe that nature is here to guide us and I have gotten so much clarity by being in nature. I find that when we stop pushing and forcing our life to happen but instead head into nature, we can open up for more creativity, inspiration and as  well as filling your own cup.

This opportunity I got to stay at a farm for a week was because I actively stepped towards my dreams.

  • 56. When stepping out of your comfort zone can actually be a disadvantage. The art of leaning into the discomfort AND grounding into the body to expand with softness.

    Hello you beautiful soul!

I hope you are doing okay in this energetic current state of the world.

This episode was recorded in Sintra in Portugal a few months ago and it was a real in real time transmission of the art of moving out of the comfort zone.

    I share about:

Being able to sit with the discomfort you feel when you step out of your comfort zone.

How can we sit with the fear of the unknown without stopping ourselves from doing what we feel pulled toward?

You also can move too far out of your comfort zone without taking it to the extreme that might shock your nervous system.

Using your senses and connecting back to nature to anchor in and regulating yourself when expanding, in order to let your nervous system that you are safe.

I hope you enjoy this episode and I will see you in the next one!

  • 55. How nature helped me surrender to finding my path forward. An honest (and needed) life update.

    Hellooo, you beautiful soul!

    How are we doing?

This episode is a raw and honest one where I share more about my deep inner winter and what has been going down the past 8 ish months.

During Shamain last year I attended Mia Magik's retreat in the redwoods and my whole life-trajectory changed. I had set myself up for a path that wasn't 100% aligned and this winter I got the chance to get really clear on what I wanted.

And that was being deeply connected to nature.

I share all about how the perfect opportunity just fell in my lap because I had completely surrendered to what life was gonna bring me.

If you are in a season of change, or you feel a bit stuck, this is for you.

  • 54. What I think the feminine rage movement is missing. Why feeling your feelings AND figuring out where they come from goes hand in hand.

    Hello my beautiful ladies!

Welcome to Of The Earth, a space for you to soften into your truth, reconnect with your roots and create from a space of overflow.

In todays episode I talk about what I feel like the sacred feminine path is not sharing enough on. I feel like there is a gap and that you are either a full on stoic which doesn't let emotions sway you OR you are a raging wild woman who always speaks her truth no matter how other people are affected.

I do think that there is a more cohesive way that we can integrate both of these paths and find a way in the middle, where we honour our emotions AND figure out why they keep coming up.

Yes, this is not the case for all women on the sacred feminine path, but I do find that a lot of women talking about how they want a partner who should be able to handle all of them, and I agree. But I also find that a lot of them will end up taking their own wounds out on their partner without taking ownership of ther inner landscape.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this topic and let me know if you agree or don't.

This episode is only my point of view and is created for curiosity.

I am very grateful for you and will talk to you in the next episode.

    With love and gratitude,

    Hi, you beautiful being!!

I am soo grateful to have you here and this is an episode that might give you the permission slip that you needed.

This world is pushing us to move faster and faster and my antidote is allowing myself to slow down and not rush.

I hope you enjoy and would love to see you back here for the next episode!

Hello you beautiful being and welcome back to the podcast!

It's been a minute, but we are finally here again and I have soo many things that I am excited about sharing with you.

In this episode, I talk about the importance of making time for the things that bring you joy.

We all know how important it is, but sometimes it can get pushed aside for other things that society deems more important.

PS: The audio is not the best, since I was recording on my phone, but it will get better in the future hehe.

I hope you enjoy the episode and I'll see you in the next one.
