Is Jesus powerful everyday or just some days? Should we trust that He has our best interests in mind, even when life presents challenges that we view as insurmountable? I think the Gospel/Biography of Mark in chapter 6 helps us think through these difficult questions with some resounding answers.

Welcome and thanks for continuing this journey. David and I keep on with our walk thru the Gospel of John and now encounter THE religious leader of the time, Nicodemus and this fascinating conversation between him and Jesus. What we loved so much about it is.....well, we will tell you.

Hi and blessings to you all. We have gotten back to our roots with leveling up the Biblical literacy of the body of Christ. I read a pastor make this questionable claim on social media and could not pass up the opportunity to help all of us equip ourselves with the discernment to correct this false teaching. Walk with me through the 7 woes of Jesus.

Another very difficult conversation, the Irredeemable series tackles the reality of abortion and if that makes someone irredeemable. Thank you so much for spending a moment of your time with me in Scripture to seek Biblical answers to tough questions.

David and I continue to expound on John's account of Jesus cleansing the Temple.

"I think it is important to realize when we think about a visual of Jesus, He wasn't the pretty boy love guru with slicked hair and a perfect part down the middle like we see in shows. He was a thirty year old 1st century carpenter who worked in the elements, making his own tools, etc. A more accurate visual of Jesus would be a modern lumberjack."

So glad to begin this new series called, Irredeemable. This is essentially an opportunity for those of us navigating this world filled with difficult and life altering decisions. How do we process these circumstances from a Biblical lens? How do we know we are not irredeemable?
