In this podcast we discuss with Penny about what she is up to these days with coaching and public speaking, how she got started in the pool, the Olympics not being an option until 1990 when the South African government overturned a ban they had on their athletes and allowed them to compete thus helping make Penny's dream a reality in 1992 at Barcelona. We discuss her remarkable 1996 in Atlanta with the double Gold in the 100 and 200 Breaststroke, as well as talk about her experience 20 years ago at the 2000 Sydney Olympics when she got a Bronze medal in the 100 Breaststroke.
