This episode is a little different - we decided to take a little reading break and do a Book tag/get to know us episode where we answer a whole bunch of book related questions! We talk about our favourites and worst books of all time, play fuck, marry, kill with fictional characters, and discuss our book related goals for 2021.

This week the girls talk about the final instalment in the Shadow and Bone Trilogy: Ruin and Rising by Leigh Bardugo. They spend most of their time talking about their time at uni, recap on the year and talk about their aims for 2021, and discuss how they really disagree with how this series ended.

This week Maddie and Beth talk about the stunning 'Red, White & Royal Blue' by Casey McQuiston. The UK is in another lockdown so it's zoom podcasts for the foreseeable future, Maddie's sound has a bad echo - we're working on fixing this for next time, thank you for sticking with us. The girls have been super busy so this is kind of a crash course version of the podcast (even though it's still over an hour and a half long ); they're very confused about the turkey hotel room situation, they get jealous about how much the boys travel, and they in awe over the similarities between this fictional election and the real life one.
