I don't know if you know this but HUGE hockey guy here, specifically for my bois-the Isles. I have a lot of faith in them and I'm intently watching the Stars out West.. Over to Baseball where the AL is boring and predictable and the NL is a shitshow behind the Dodgers. No Mets talk this week as it is sprinkled throughout in disparaging matter, much the same as they do to their fans hearts.
We start off with Harry covering the East sweeps in the first round before revisiting a trade for two contenders next season. Then we move onto the West with their overarching narratives both league wide and series specific, focusing on just how special Luka Doncic is. Then we wrap up with some NBA Mock Drafts now that the draft lottery is set-with major focus on not making another mistake on a potential Luka Doncic lite version...
We start off with that hockey talk (mostly on the Isles) and running commentary on the night game 1 for Lakers-Blazers in the NBA. Then Harry dives into the MLB playoff updates on a bubble, MLB West Divisions and Championship predictions, before wrapping up on Mets talk.
Some Bubble awards review as well as highlights for the upstart Phoenix Suns before coaching hires/fires updates and speculation on the Knicks draft potential. Then in the second segment Harry gives the breakdown of tonight's Game 1's from the first round in his playoff preview as well as prep for the rest of the first round.
An opening discussion of the confusing NCAA College Football delays and cancellations due to covid-19 leads to some interesting consequences for players, leagues, and the NCAA as a whole. Then we talk NFC East and AFC West before wrapping up with news updates from around the league-including another Harry rant on the dismal state of the Jets.
AL and NL Central Division talk, a better outlook on the Mets, and an Astros rant that leads.. nowhere? Join Harry this Monday night for some talk on the diamond.
For the first 15 minutes Harry goes off on Rob Manfred's poor decision making and overall ineptitude, reinforcing what we talked about last time. Then a depressed and frustrated ten minutes on the Mets before summing up some league action to finish.
In this episode of the Hub Sports Show, Harry tackles his thoughts on the hiring of Tom Thibodeux by the Knicks, follows with picks and analysis for tonightand tomorrows games in the NBA Restart, and dives into an ESPN report on Child Abuse in NBA academies in China.
Harry and Ryan start off with analysis of the Jamal Adams trade before diving into some of the ownership issues plaguing the NFL, Mahomes big contract, the impact of coronavirus on this season, before wrapping it up with some non football news upon the release of a new album by a shared favorite artist.
We start off with a recap of how we got here-minus the details surrounding that fateful March 11th. Predictions for awards and playoffs follow, as well as some important NBA news updates. Next week-more in depth analysis and chatter with a guest!
