The summer pet care season is winding down and there’s a blissful lull as we await the winter holiday craziness. A lot of pet businesses take advantage of this lull to think about changes and improvements they’d like to make in their business. One of these changes is pricing. It’s an inevitability, prices are increasing all over the place and pet businesses shouldn’t ignore this but there is a right and wrong way to raise your prices. Don't make that price increase announcement to your clients before you listen to this!
