A very special and exciting episode of Off The Podium today as we speak to one of the original members of the iconic Jamaican bobsleigh team Devon Harris! In this fun chat, Devon takes us through the story of how he became a member of the team for the 1988 Calgary Olympics, as well as talking about his return efforts during the 1992 & 1998 Olympics. He also gives us an insight into the future of the sport in the country and why he believes it won't be long until they can win their first ever Winter Olympic medal, as well as giving his views on the 1993 movie inspired by the story of his team, Cool Runnings.

A very special interview for you today as we chat with one quarter of Australia's bronze medal winning relay team in short-track speed skating from Lillehammer in 1994, Kieran Hansen! Kieran takes us through the history making medal win, which of course was the very first won by Australia at the Winter Olympics, and the lead up to the race that delivered the result Australia had been craving for a long time. He also chats about his post-skating career as well as giving his memories of the day that his teammate Steven Bradbury went on to win gold 8 years later in Salt Lake City.

Another athlete interview for today in the lead up to the 2018 Winter Olympics as we chat with Australian figure skating champion Brendan Kerry! Brendan takes us through his time in the sport, including coming from an Olympic family, his training routine as well as what it takes to come up with the perfect song for a routine. He also gives us an insight into his first Olympics in Sochi as well as telling us just what it is like to sit in front of a camera, smile and pretend to be happy with the judges scores.

Continuing on our interviews with athletes in the lead up to next years Winter Olympics and today we speak to 2014 Sochi silver medalist in the men's aerials David Morris! In a fun and entertaining chat, David goes over his preparation in the lead up to the games next year including taking us through his training regime and his mindset as well as different expectations going into his third games. He also gives a crack at the 'my name is' questions with some very interesting answers!

Our 'cross' sport series continues as we switch from snowboard to skis and speak with 2014 Australian Olympian Sami Kennedy-Sim! Fresh off her most successful World Cup season yet, Sami takes us through her thoughts ahead of the Olympics next year and why the mood within the Australian team is so good heading towards Korea. She also helps Ben out (slightly) with his ultimate goal of making Nordic Combined a thing in Australia and mentions Nikki Webster...which let's be honest sells any interview as a good one!

Today we switch focus to snowboard cross as we speak to Australian Olympian Belle Brockhoff. Belle talks about the success of the most recent World Cup season as well as her serious injury she suffered and why it was the 'best time' to get such an injury. She also discusses what her goals are ahead of the 2018 Olympics and just why she now has some potential ammo to use against her Canadian rivals heading into the games next year

Our Moguls preview continues as we talk to Britteny Cox, who finished this past season ranked #1 in the World. Britteny tells us about growing up on skis, competing in her first Olympics at the age of 15, what it's like competing as a Winter athlete in Australia, the thrill of competing in Dual Moguls, and of course meeting the legendary Dale Begg-Smith and whether or not she has been to his private island!

Our road to Pyeongchang continues as we bring you the first interview in our Moguls preview series. We speak to one of the top Moguls Skier in the world, Andi Naude, about how heavy the competition is here in Canada, being part of a sweep with her teammates,  missing out on Sochi 3 years ago and what it was like to compete in Pyeonchang this past season. We also go over our "Hi My Name Is" Questionnaire, where Andi gives us the most surprising answer ever about her biggest fear.

For the first time since the Rio games the entire gang of hosts are together as Ben, Colin & Jarrod discuss a variety of different things as we continue to push forward towards the next Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang next year! Through discussing various sports, getting the mascots names wrong and finding out what name Colin can come up with for Chumpy Pullin every five minutes, you'll be glad to have the boys back together once again!

Our final interview in our 'vault' series today as we travel back to 2014 for an extremely entertaining chat with Australia's surprise silver medalist from Sochi, aerial skier David Morris.
