Off The Road Again

Ross & Chris welcome Elana Scherr to the show. Elana recently drove the Ford Bronco, the Ring Brothers-built K5 Blazer, and completed a cross-country trip in a Squarebody Suburban with Mike Musto. She also owns numerous Dodge trucks, a dump truck, and an Opel GT. Ross talks about the Toyota Tundra SR5 Trail Edition that he has on loan too.

Ross & Chris welcome Sean Holman of the Truck Show Podcast, Truck Trend, and Four Wheeler back to the show. Sean recently had actual seat time in the two-door and four-door Ford Broncos. He also almost rolled a 392 Jeep Wrangler and completed an epic Overland Adventure in his own JLUR, ADVJEEP. Ross & Chris welcome Zach Bowman and Kevan Ray of UTV Driver Magazine back to the show. Zach has toured America in a Dodge Ram 2500 with a camper on the back and is the editor-in-chief at UTV Driver. Kevan owns a Tacoma, is getting ready to sell his house and move into a 5th wheel camper, and is the associate editor at UTV Driver. Both of them recently completed a trip to the Outlaw Trails of Eastern Kentucky and the Hatfield/McCoy trail system as well. They have started the UTV Driver podcast too!

Ross & Chris welcome Dan Edmunds back to the show. Dan owns a Toyota 4Runner and has recently been around the Bronco Sport, followed a pre-production Bronco on the trail, was in the room with the GMC Hummer EV SUV and truck, and his brother had a saga with a Mercedes Sprinter van in western Colorado that the guys explore about why it is one of the preferred overland vehicles. Ross & Chris welcome Tanner Foust to the show. Tanner is a former host of Top Gear USA and a Rockstar-sponsored rally, drift, and rallycross driver. He's a private pilot. Tanner is also sponsored by Volkswagen and recently reached in the NORRA 1000 in Mexico in a Volkswagen ID.4. He is a stunt driver and was a delight to talk to on our show.

Ross & Chris welcome Mike Musto to the show. Mike has owned multiple classic vehicles including a Charger, Daytona (getting a Hellcat Redeye swap), '96 Bronco, and F-150. Mike recently completed a cross-country trip in a Squarebody Suburban with Elana Sherr. They did some tourism and three years' worth of updates to the Suburban in three weeks time! Chris welcomes Lee Odom to the show. Lee is one of the hosts of the Overland Radio channel. Lee is also an ambassador for Opus Campers USA and has been on the road for quite a while as he tours the United States with an Opus OP4. Lee uses a Duramax-equipped Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 to tow his Opus.

Chris welcomes Robby DeGraff & William Byrd to the show. Robby is an automotive writer and industry analyst with AutoPacific. William writes about cars and automotive products for just about anybody including Hooniverse and The Drive. Robby drove the Subaru Outback Wilderness and William had a week with the Jeep Wrangler 392 Rubicon.

Ross & Chris welcome Zack Klapman back to the show. Zack is a writer and host from The Smoking Tire and Road & Track. He recently completed a majority of the Southern California Back Country Discovery Route in a 2021 Ford F-150 with the hybrid powertrain. Also on the trip was a Mercedes Sprinter from Off Highway Van, and a 4th Generation 4Runner. Zack also drove a safari Alfa and regals us with stories from All Cars Go to Heaven.

Ross & Chris welcome Emme Hall back to the show. Emme is a writer and host from CNET's Roadshow. She recently competed in the NORRA Mexican 1000 with the Volkswagen ID.4 Also discussed is the 2020 Rebelle Rally with Emme driving the Rivian R1T. Emme also owns an off-road Miata, Buddy. She is racing in her 1600 race car this summer.
