Hi friends, it's been a couple weeks since the end of Indoor & Arena football season and we're back and ready to hit the ground running in the offseason!

Arena Football One (AF1) was unveiled since the last episode, so we dive into that announcement and what it means moving forward. The apprehension is understandable for some and, but we have reason to be cautiously optimistic.

Then we get the first interview with the owner of one the newest AF1 expansion franchises that was announced this week in Wilkes Barre — Matt Rowland! We talk about Matt's career in boxing promotion and how that can translate well to Arena football, talk about building an expansion team and what the timeline looks like for that, and we touch on the fan vote contest that will decide the team's name. I pitched a few ideas we got on X/Twitter, don't be surprised if one of them is the winner!!

One final game left in the Indoor & Arena football season — and it's the IFL National Championship!

It'll be the Massachusetts Pirates vs the Arizona Rattlers and will be a really great matchup between these two teams that had very different seasons and are pretty well matched….except for one area 🧐

Big shoutout to Sports Coast to Coast for some of the nuggets of info at the beginning of the episode! Give them a follow:

IFL Conference Championships are in the books!

We've got two teams that punched their ticket to Las Veg…..errr… Henderson, NV for the National Championship! We recap the games that took place and talk about the absolute beat downs we saw in each conference championship.

We are then joined by All-IFL WR & KR Jarrod Harrington of the Quad City Steamwheelers to talk about his football journey, life in the IFL & the culture and home field advantage of Quad City (and we chat about pre-game outfits as well!)

Big thanks to Jarrod for joining the show and talking ball! Give him a follow on Instagram and let him know you heard him on Off The Wall.

We're rapidly approaching the end of arena football season, with only 3 IFL playoff games left before the outdoor game captures everyone's attention in the fall. We dive into the first round of the IFL playoffs and recap the games that took place, discussing what went well for the teams that advanced and what didn't for the teams that are going home.

I give my predictions for the Conference Championship next week that you should probably fade based on my pre-playoffs prediction of a Bay Area-Frisco championship, but hey I had a decent argument, okay!

I then had a chance to chat with ArenaBowl XXXIII champion & Billings Outlaws RB Hunter Swoboda about his football journey, this year's Billings team, playing for AFL legends like Coach Walker & Coach Bonner, & this year's ArenaBowl aka the #BrawlAtTheMall!

Massive thank you to Hunter for taking time out of his day to chat. I'm super excited for his future and encourage you all to follow his journey on his different socials below!

ArenaBowl XXXIII is a wrap and it was a fantastic way to end the AFL season, especially given how everything was at the beginning. On the show I discuss my thoughts on the game, the venue and how it all unfolded.

Then transition over to the IFL, where we dive into Week 19 and the last regular season games of the year. We said adios to 8 teams, while the top 4 teams in each conference move on to the postseason.

We also preview the first round of the IFL playoffs ahead and get an idea of what to expect from each game.

We've reached the final week of the year where we will have both AFL & IFL action! AFL Playoffs will be wrapping up with ArenaBowl XXXIII on Friday, July 19th (hopefully) and the IFL is heading into the final week of the regular season before the playoffs begin.

In the AFL, we got the matchup that most people probably expected with the the top 2 teams all year making it to the BrawlAtTheMall in New Jersey.

In the IFL, we had two more teams clinch their playoff spot - leaving one more up for grabs in the West heading into the final season. Seeding is still up for grabs in both conferences, so plenty to play for in Week 19!

We also had the pleasure of chatting with Anthony Carter from Arena Insider! We talked about the origins of Arena Insider, navigating this crazy 2024 AFL season, the upcoming docuseries, what we can expect from Arena Insider in the future, & more. I've said it countless times, but this sport rules. This past weekend of IFL football was tremendous with three 1-point games and some of the best action we've seen all season.

The IFL Playoff picture is starting to take shape, with some crucial matchups determining some teams fates in Week 18. We dive in each game and break down some of the high and lows of the game and where teams stand at this point. We then preview IFL Week 18 and take a guess at what some of the spread and total lines will be for the weekend.

We then dive into the First Round of the AFL Playoffs from this past weekend and take a look and take a look at the Semifinals matchups this upcoming weekend to see who will be making an appearance in the ArenaBowl!
