■空き家バンクのメリット

・空き家バンクを通して借りたり、買うと家の修復時に役場から補助金がもらえる

・住みたい地域の空き家情報がまとまっているので探しやすい

・空き家バンク登録物件は比較的安い

・空き家バンクがある市町村は地方移住者に対してウェルカムな感じ

・事前登録が必要(登録してないと内見もできない)

 以下はわたしが妻が納得してくれるまでの経緯を簡単に書いてみました！ 

❶意志を伝えてみる 

❷デートで移住フェアへ    →ただ楽しく各地の駅弁を食べる 

❸田舎に旅行 

❹また田舎に旅行 

❺何度も田舎へ旅行へ 

❻再度移住フェアへ    

→興味を持った市町村に話を聞く 

❼移住したときの妻のメリットを熱弁

小国町で物件を2件見てきました！  

■不動産屋さんご紹介の物件 

・価格400万円で敷地が広く畑もできるとのことでこの価格。  

・町から近く生活はしやすそうでしたが、私たちの条件にはちょっと合わないかなという印象。 

■大家さん付き添いの物件  

・築150年以上で所々リフォームがされていて、綺麗だった。 

・賃貸で2万円か条件付きでタダで頂けるとのこと。  

・条件はもし使わなくなったら、集落に迷惑がかかるので必ず解体すること。  

・小国町の中でも山の中ということで、冬を経験してから決めて欲しいとのこと。 

 今まで見た中で、一番条件に合う家だった！  

行くたびに役場の方が現地の方を紹介してくれるので、移住に対しての不安も薄れるし、単純に知り合いができるのが楽しい！！
