The pain you may feel after disappointment can be real.  Many times our brains will process many of those experiences as events that undermine how we move forward with being vulnerable.  This episode reflects on how Roxy and Bella guard/protect theirselves when it comes to being disappointed while dating. Communication sometimes is lacking, which can ultimately help with the actions of being let down.  After that continuously happens, it becomes difficult to have high expectations for someone who is looking to care about you. 

"Be a man of your word!"

In this episode, Roxy & Bella go over moments of deciding when it may have been best to resolve or dissolve a friendship. Friendships take work in nourishing, just like any other relationship and although it can be hard at times to recognize where you stand within a friendship based on history it is always important to reflect on what’s happening when there’s positive growth or drifting apart. All in all, friendships allow the possibility to improve yourself whether you decide to resolve or dissolve a friendship, but always remember to do what serves you!

Bella says, “NO!”. Roxy says, “Don’t be oblivious!” These fake ass scenarios are hilarious, but we enjoy thinking it through and having the conversation. As you grow and evolve, your take on relationships change and you can’t help who you fall in love with, but can this include your friends old lover?

Becoming friends with an ex after a breakup sometimes happens, especially when there’s history involved! Roxy & Bella discuss the scenarios around this as to why this may or may not work.

The ladies think everyone enjoys a good vacation, but what better way than to do it with bae or boo! Roxy tells about one of her baecation experiences and Bella is just dreaming of what one in adulthood could be like.

Both Roxy & Bella apparently have shot their shot before! The ladies discuss how social media platforms have somewhat become the new aged dating app.

On the second episode, Roxy and Bella are taking some time to explain some of their confusion. This could be considered a part 2. With episode one discussing how the two were trying to figure s**t out within their dating world, episode two gives some insight on why some of their actual dating experiences hasn’t been it. Ultimately, when it’s right, it’s right and there just shouldn’t be any questions or confusion. Would you say the same?

On the very first episode, Roxy and Bella are filled with much confusion. “What are we doing here!” With discussing one very popular topic, “Dating in Your 30s, they find that their ideas of dating just isn’t happening.

As the discussion mildly touches on their experiences, they reflect on the things that may be missing from “proper dating” and what it’s been like for them.
