William makes senior partner and has a new sexy date, but still feels something (Joan) is missing; Toni feels guilty about a massage experience that resulted in a happy ending.

Joan organizes a charity auction. She & Toni have a bit of a falling out,  which leads Toni to start therapy. Beverly Johnson guest stars as Toni's idol. Lynn, finally gets her alimony payout, but has a problem taking care of her money.
