It seems that the last 6 months have been a whirlwind for many of my peers and friends as we've been navigating thing after thing. I dive into the current energy of our time and how important it is to surrender to what life is showing you and begin to let go of patterns that are trying to die right now. Your truest, most unique self is trying to birth and come forward and we have to get out of the way. We can no longer remain codependent and small in our life and we have to break through these hard times to rise to our greatness.
As an alternative parenting enthusiast, I’ve always gravitated towards unconventional ways of raising my kids. It was methods of getting back to true nurturing of mind, body and soul of the child. Well, recently we got a puppy and I started researching raising a puppy naturally (like its mother would) and found myself reading about techniques that reminded me of how I’ve raised my kids. Although it was helpful, it also triggered me back to some of the unhealthy behaviors I had while raising young ones, and it feels like I get a second chance as an older, wiser version of myself to try a different way. Hope this helps anyone who suffers from people pleasing, empathy and people centering behaviors. Energy is powerful, but you are more powerful.
📚Book I read for puppy: How to Raise A Puppy : A dog-centric approach by Stephanie Rousseau and Turid Rugaas
📚 Parenting Books I remember reading that influenced my parenting style: The Continuum Concept by Jean Liedloff, Raising Our Children, Raising Ourselves by Naomi Aldort, Unconditional Parenting by Alfie Kohn, and Attachment Parenting by William Sears and Martha Sears.
In this episode, we look at the questions that crop up around patterns, epigenetics, and disregulation. Generational patterns and their effects can take a hold on us... unless we take control of our own story.
Do you walk into your pattern or walk away? Do you allow your patterns to define you?

In this episode we examine the behavior of people pleasing and how this can stop us from living our dreams. We explore who we feel most afraid of when we are trying to live our dreams, how to identify them and how to let them go so you can live out your mission and goals. We put you back into the driver seat, and go through techniques on how to stay centered amidst fear and worry, so that you can feel confident and guided by your intuition.
In this episode I take you through my process of self-healing. Our bodies are pattern holders and oftentimes, old parts of us are trying to express themselves and be healed. I take you through how I met my teenage self with love, compassion, and curiosity as I worked through some core fears she had and how they still affect me today!
