Oh Hey Truth

Maybe you have gotten good at "taming your tongue" and not saying the thing you really want to say out loud.  But, it is still in your mind.  The question is, what do you do with that thought?  Do you dwell on it and think about over and over, or do you confess it to God and choose to think about other things?  In Philippians 4:8 it tell us what we are to think on and Grizz and Michelle help us navigate how to b a doer of the Word even in our own minds.

Cussing, Sarcasm, Crude Joking...are they okay to practice as a believer?  Is it sinful or is it funny? Is it holy or pleasing to God? Is it harmless or hurtful?  We talk about our words on this new episode in our Doers of the Word series! No matter where you fall on these as a believer, may we always be seeking the Lord in all things and may we put to death what is not of Him.  Let us be a generation who is uncompromising from the Truth of God’s Word even if it means we do not talk like the rest of the world! Let’s go out and encourage someone today and tell them what you see in them that is True!⠀
