Police have begun, in most states, if not all, to use the charge of "Obstruction of Justice" to corral and stop photographers from reporting, chronicling, or cataloging their actions. Most courts have been dismissing these charges that make it past prosecutors who failed to dismiss or nolle prosequi the cases against these innocent individuals. This episode addresses Florida's statute pertaining to "Obtruction."

This episode is about two separate police brutality cases - Ronald Green and Tyre Nichols. The police, who were sworn to protect the citizens, instead turned into death squads and brutally beat these two men to death.
