Swinging is a complex and diverse lifestyle that encompasses non-monogamy, open relationships, and polyamory.

I interviewed Gage, who has been living in this lifestyle with his wife Olivia, for a number of years. We go through the basic terminology used in the swinging world and spoke about the non monogamy life that Gage and his wife officially call their 'lifestyle'. The biggest take away from this episode is that communication and open dialogue are essential for navigating the emotional and practical aspects of the swinging lifestyle.

The journey into swinging for Gage and his wife has been emotionally intense, leading to a deeper appreciation and love for one another, which is why they have made this their 'lifestyle' and even launched their own swinging app for like minded individuals, called Swinghub!The creation and success of the Swing Hub app, focuses on safety and authenticity in the swinging community and is the #1 app in the UK (and now launching in Oz).
