All authority has been given to Christ. The authority has no limit, it covers things on earth, in heaven and under the earth.

Angels under Order Authority and Structure

Angels serve men under the authority of God. They are God’s minister. The activities of angels is tied to the activities of Men.

Angelic Order and Structure. Ephesians 3:10

The principalities and powers referred in this scripture is angels. Angels that have fallen didn’t lose their structure because they fell.

Colossians 1:16. The Order-

Principality means chief or the first.  They are in in-charge of small regions. Several principalities are under an authority. The next step is Powers. They rule over the principalities. Then we have the dominions, they are lords. Dominions are angels that are lords. They are senior to powers.

The believer is not ordinary, common or natural. To understand who we are in Christ, we must first understand who Christ is and what He has done. Your identity must be drawn from Christ 1 John 4 vs 17. As He is, so are we!

What is the Sceptre used to signify in scriptures?

The sceptre is a figure/symbol of authority. In Esther 4vs 10-11 we see that the golden sceptre was extended to determine if a man lived or died.

The Angelic activity is dependent on the activities of men. 

Gen 22:11 God communicated to men via the ministry of Angels. The pillar of fire and cloud was an Angel. An Angel brought the Israelite out of Egypt (Numbers 20:16, Acts 7:35)

When God calls a man to ministry, there’s an Angel assigned to him Numbers 22:35, 2 Kings 1:3 When prophets spoke many times, they spoke what the Angels say.

Angels function for God in the time realm. Angels work with ministers of the gospel for their ministry.

This sermon sheds light on how being born is not an act of oneself but someone else. We didn't have any say in our mother giving birth to us. Being born again is the work of the spirit as the Bible has clearly stated no man can say Jesus is Lord but by the Holy Spirit.

We need to learn to fellowship with the Holy Spirit. He is the spirit that knows. Don't live your live in assumption. When you can have direction and clarity by the Spirit.

There are principles behind the God-kind manifestations. Hebrews 1:13 Angels are regarded as ministering spirits. They are an extension of the kingdom of God that function in the public.

When God wants to do anything in public (in the earth realm) he sends angels. An angel is a legal agent of the kingdom of God.

Overflow-   Being filled with the Spirit

We see in Genesis 1:25-27 that God's intention is to create a physical being in His image and having his nature. Colossians 1:15 tells us that Jesus is the image of God. Jesus is the visible representation of the invisible God. 

When we say a man is born again, we mean he has the spirit of God.  We mean he is joined with God. 1 Corinthians 6:15. 

One common mistake to avoid is thinking the Holy Spirit is an it. The Holy Spirit is a person we can speak to and fellowship with.

To fellowship with the spirit,  1. You acknowledge that He is present in you 2. You pray in tongues.
