And as much as we'd love to sport an episode on all our 'tips and tricks', wake up people, it's 2021, and as much as we'd hate to break it to you, apple cider vinegar alongside a salad for the day just won't cut it anymore. 

With age comes knowledge and us girls use wonderful hindsight to focus on all things silly highschool weight loss trends, the benefits of weight lifting to slim down and how eating your five meals a day is rather effective for dropping cm's, toning those muscles and slaying those damn goals.
