Spring Baseball is comig to the Iowa Great Lakes! Bob Protexter with Total Baseball Development which is a baseball organization operating high school age and younger baseball programs. Bob has traveled internationaly with Baseball and proud to announce that Okoboji's American Legion Baseball will come to bat this spring with tryouts in beginning in February. They are also having 3 introductory events this weekend during Winter Games, including a Wiffle Ball Tourney. Check out their schedule so you can attend virtually and in person.

It's a U of O Winter Games kickoff...From the Iowa Rock n Roll Music Association. Tomorrow night...in the Roof Garden is the Winter Games Roof Garden Jam with the Mr. V Trio and Iowa Rock n Roll Music All Stars. Snowmobile Race Fans get ready. Tomorrow and Sunday mark the very first Cor Power Sports OKOBOJI 100 Snowmobile Races on East Lake Okoboji. Stephanie Parks of the Dickinson County SnowHawks talks about the racers, route, vantage points to watch, classes and thousands of dollars in payout.

You may be very familiar with the performances and music of "Rock A La Carte" or Boon & Lambert. Much in the spirit of "We are the World" they partnered with many performers in the Boji area and just dropped a combined effort with a much needed message of "So Much Better (Together)". Ruthven Locker at the Lakes (Two Time Champion of Winter Games Chili Cookoff) have come to the rescue to those who can't fathom a Winter Games in Okoboji without hot Chili in a Mug. Suzie and Chris Kraft will be serving their award winning chili recipe on Saturday, Jan. 30th on the State Pier.
