My entry for the week of 173rd "Hallelujah" simply is talking about praising God, exalting God even in all situations life throws at you.Actually, it is not an easy task to praise God in sad moments, but trust me, if it can be put into action, the moment is alraeady a bye gone God doesn't joke with his own personal versel, he takes care of them, he takes care of anyone that does give him his meal, which is praise and worshiping him.

My entry ''Ada'' by ''Flavour'' is a song for two lovers, that is, two different genders, it is when you are in Love with someone, you realise being in love makes you feel safe. This song was sang in other to show that when there is ''Love'', ''Love'' itself rules. It is really good to be in love with the right person not with the wrong hand. This song also shows Happiness within when ''Love'' rules. My entry "Daddy's home" really means a lot to me, The song speaks about God being the head of the family(God is the daddy in the family), only God is the reliable family, He is the one I can speak with anytime, everyday. My entry for this week that is titled "Oluwa mi yo dide" which English interpretation is "The Lord will arise" means, only God can arise to a situation and overcome or conquer it without any scar in one's life. If only God can arise in his Glory over a life that is suffering or lacking,the life will never ever remain the same. The song is actually a powerful song that highly rates God for his mightiness. Also, the writer of the song has looked everywhere but all to no avail. so, for him to be free from captivity, he needed to call God for him to be totally free from every boundage. The battle is a battle of principalities of powers and leader in the realm of the spirit, only God can intervene and conquer, without God, not winning of battle. you can not use evil to conquer evil,it will always back fire, it is an impossible mission. We all need God to fight our battle for us to be a winner and a conqueror.

my song for this week "Ijinle ninu ijinle" which means "Mystery in mystery" is a song of praising God. when you realise how mystery God's work is, you will surely go wow. God is such a mystery God that even you will search and search and search till one dies. God has beginning but no ending. no one ever knows the beginning of God, not to talk of his ending. Imagine, He became smallest just to use this whole heart to do his foot stool not even feet(His 2legs), he came biggest just to live inside a human beings. No one knows when a baby is formed in a belly, no one knows when the bones of babies are formed in a belly of a pregnant women, God is indeed mystery. You are mostly welcome to another week of Pukumundo, 68th week, I pray Blessings all round (Amen).

My entry for this week is what I titled "fitness for the laps" joined with "daily workout for the upper part of the body" (Especially, flexing the spine).

I am gonna start with Fitness for the laps:

1st step: stretch out only your left

2nd step: rest your two arms on your right legs

3rd step: bounce on the right leg.

Repeat these steps, changing you position to your left leg.

The second fitness is what I call daily workout for upper part of the body, it is a straight forward dailty workout.

1st step: stand straight, bend your upper body to the left and right

2nd step: bend the upper part of your body to the front ,if possible, let your head touch your two laps, but it is not necessary though, do this gently, please. Also, bend your upper part of the body to the backward side. it is a daily workout I usually do and it practically helps a lot.

please, take all the workout/fitness slightly and easy, always remember it is workout/fitness, it is not do or die, please

Mi entrada para esta semana es lo que titulé "fitness para las vueltas" junto con "entrenamiento diario para la parte superior del cuerpo" (especialmente, flexionar la columna).

Voy a empezar con Fitness para las vueltas:

1er paso: estira solo tu izquierda

2do paso: apoyando tus dos brazos en tus piernas derechas

3er paso: rebote sobre la pierna derecha.

Repite estos pasos, cambiando tu posición a tu pierna izquierda.

El segundo fitness es lo que yo llamo entrenamiento diario para la parte superior del cuerpo, es un entrenamiento diario sencillo.

1er paso: párese derecho, doble la parte superior del cuerpo hacia la izquierda y hacia la derecha

2do paso: doble la parte superior de su cuerpo hacia el frente, si es posible, deje que su cabeza toque sus dos vueltas, pero no es necesario, hágalo suavemente, por favor. Además, doble la parte superior del cuerpo hacia atrás. es un entrenamiento diario que suelo hacer y practicamente ayuda mucho.

por favor, tome todo el entrenamiento/fitness levemente y con calma, siempre recuerde que es entrenamiento/fitness, no es vida o muerte, por favor
