"It’s one thing to spend one moment on one person doing one thing to meet their one need. It’s another to walk with them and keep meeting their needs."

What a joy it has been to have Pastor Eddie and Diane Estep during this interim season. Their steady leadership, desire to see good, and constant acknowledgement of God's help in the process has brought us to the precipice of a great occasion. But before they go, Pastor Eddie has one more word for us. Don't miss Pastor Eddie's final message as our Interim Pastor, as we look at the words in Philippians 1, to see the hope God has for everyone who is a new creation in Christ Jesus.

If you've ever felt forgotten or left out, because of your circumstances or situation, may we not forget God's faithfulness through David, to restore us by His amazing grace. This week's story, like every one in the Bible, points us to the life of Jesus, who by His sacrifice restores us. Pastor Eddie is back with us this week, and we'll be looking at the story of Mephiboseth from 2 Samuel 9:1-7;13.

The earliest parts of Paul's letter to the church in Ephesus have been called the clearest summation of the Gospel of Jesus - proclaiming that we were once dead but Christ made us alive. These words are a powerful image to remind us how great the gift is that we have received but even more often, we forget to carry to the world around us. What if we became so aware of the power of God through us to bring life, that our living became consumed with "the good works" that fulfill the destiny God had planned for us in this world?

Would you know His voice if you heard it? And if you heard it, would you know what to do with what you heard? And if you did not know what to do, would you know what to say? Or if you knew what to do, would you be willing to do what He told you to do? Now imagine you were just a kid when you heard the voice, during the middle of the night. That's exactly what happened to Samuel. You may know what he did next, but maybe there's more to the story!

1 Samuel 3:1-10

Have you ever believed you were meant for something very specific? More than that, have you ever been in a moment and realized you were meant for just that moment? The reality is, God ordained each and every one of us for a purpose. Most days, we hardly believe there's much He could do with us but imagine if each of us changed our perspective and realized that God can use every interaction, if we allow Him!
