The connective tissue for now-former Alabama defensive tackle Jehiem Oatis to eventually transfer to Ole Miss is hard to ignore.

Lane Kiffin and the Ole Miss football Rebels desperately wanted Jehiem Oatis back when he was one of Mississippi’s top-ranked prospects in the 2022 recruiting class. 

Oatis hit the portal this week in order to preserve his redshift after just four games in 2024-25. He announced he intends to transfer at season’s end.
