Old Guys Playing Games

In this episode the Old Guys jump into all the new games of Warzone 2.0 - and they are LOVING DMZ... Well, most everyone except Josh.. of course, because he loves playing with the younger folks in Multi-player.

The guys share their views on all the new game types, both good and bad.

In this episode the OGs keep the rhetoric about their new #CoD obsession, MW2 and all of the things they love and some things they kinda despise... All leading to their plea to Activision to work harder.

They also talk about some new VR games, home consoles, movies and so much more!

CoD MWII Multiplayer is fully released and it's all the OGPG have been playing.  Listen to our impressions and so much more!

On this episode the Old Guys share their very first impressions from the free play weekend of CoD MWII beta.  Did they love it? Will it hold Jason's attention?  Will Ken get back excited with CoD franchise?  Will Stu like the weapon choices?  What did you think?

They also discuss some upcoming Xbox Gamepass and store drops this month and a game that they are going to try as a group. #Grounded

All this and much, much more on another episode of #OldGuysPlayingGames

The guys then wonder when the Artemis Launch will ever happen, why University involvement in the space programs is critical which then winds them down the path of #Meta Oculus Horizons Experience.

Ken introduces us to Redneck Games which somehow brings us to #Cyberpunk2077 high-res released

We do our Favorite Movies this week with a stop on Biographical Films and then closes us on a somber note about #QueenElizabeth's passing.

All this and much much more!

On this episode of the Old Guys Playing Games we find out why and how Stu got to be on the sidelines at the #UCF Football opening game.  And then this brings us over to some quick college football discussion about the 12 team #CFBPlayoff that was just announced.  Can you guess what Josh thinks about it?

Next up we find out about the latest September #GamesWithGold and #Gamepass additions - one of them we love is Portal 2!  Except we find out that Stu just can't quite figure it out b/c he lacks spatial awareness.

Ken tells us all about the #Xbox Friends and Family Plan - wait did he just say FRIENDS?  Hmm, now this has us thinking.

We then go into #LaborDay talking about the latest deals - why does Stu know so much about Mattress deals?

Then the guys go right into the top Labor Day Movies - wait, wuh?  Yeah, turns out IMDB has a list of the top work related movies for LaborDay. Best Labor Day Movies - IMDb

This time the Old Guys talk about how far away we are from high end gaming (especially via Xbox platform) while on the road.  They also dip their toe into the early days of video gaming with Quake, Doom, Wolfenstein 3D after several of us listened to bits of the Lex Fridman podcast with Carmack (believed to be by many, as the Father of video gaming).  Ghost Recon Wildlands is on Gamepass.  Jason talks about VR gaming with some of the most anticipated VR games coming to the Oculus Quest in the next year.  Then the guys bring it home with our favorite Western Movies. Wait, but Jason raised a new game for Game Pass on the PC called Shenzen I/O - and of course, we all think Ken will like this one.

On this episode of OGPG the guys do a review of Halo Infinite Multiplayer Co-Op  - Who do you think likes to run ahead?  Who do you think we want to drive every vehicle?  The new midseason update on COD , a new Atari 2600 themed Lego set?  A review of the new Multiversus game from WB Games and we discuss the horror movie that scared us the most growing up.  Finally , Stu closes us out with a rant on travel (oh my)
