A day late for our August Issue and the end of summer.  In this issue we pour one out for some true legends, more stories of the internet tempting me with things that I want, we talk about the 30th anniversary of Jurassic Park, and we talk about the first two episodes of Ahsoka. 

Still alive and ready for action in this issue we discuss the upcoming high holy week of the nerd calendar, Comic Con and the dark clouds that are gathering around it.  We drink some Unicorn Farts and celebrate the 41st anniversary of Tron.

In this issue we finally get to our wrap up of Season Three of the Mandalorian, we talk about what impact the Writers Guild of America's strike could have on upcoming shows, and speculate on the impending streaming wars.

In this Issue we have our annual recap of the cool and strange things we bought at the annual city wide garage sale as well as swapping some gaming stories.

This is the second half of our last session where we talk about some new shows coming out, play race horse or weed strain, and ramble on.

In this Issue Roe and I are back in the Nerdcave where we taste test a new white trash cocktail of summer, taste test some crazy snacks, discuss WotC sending armed thugs to a customers home, and wrap it up with a touching tribute to Harry Bellefonte.

After the tragic loss of an entire episode and taking some time to deal with some personal stuff we finally have a new Issue of Old Nerds Drinking.  In this issue we are live from Penguicon 2023 one of my absolute favorite local conventions.  

In this issue we have a though provoking discussion on the history of video games, their cultural influence and how to preserve them for future generations.

Some of you had been asking what happened to Issue No. 39.  It wasn't lost, it was just misplaced.  In this issue we talk about a lot of stuff from the return of the summer blockbuster season to the Doomsday Clock.  

This issue is not safe for work, it may not even be safe for human consumption, but this is a "Best Of" compellation of all our worst content.  The stuff that was funny but not fit for the tone I usually like to keep the show at.  You will also notice that this show is out of order.  While editing Issue 039 I realized I had enough clips to make a whole show out of so I threw this together as a special.  Standard level of bawdy content will return next issue.  Which is actually the previous issue.
