As a pediatric nurse practitioner in primary care, over the last 20 years Dr. Jessica Peck has engaged, encouraged, equipped, and empowered families to raise holistically healthy kids. A native Texan, she is a clinical professor at the Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing.

Most importantly, she has been happily married to a rocket scientist for nearly twenty-five years and is a mom of four teens.

A passionate advocate for underserved children and anti-trafficking, Dr. Peck equips families to promote physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual health.

Erica Renaud is a powerful speaker, passionate writer and co-founder of two prayer initiatives. She speaks at various events and conferences throughout the Northeast. She is the author of Pray with Me and I had the privilege of being on her launch team. Erica and her husband are active in their congregation leading regular prayer and worship gatherings. When she's not ministering to others via a microphone or written words, you will find Erica at home discipling her five children between the ages of 6 and 18. With most of the children currently homeschooled, her house is rarely short of laughter, schoolwork, and mess. Today we will be discussing physical and spiritual health. Phreddie has been my personal trainer and utilized the opportunity to impart some spiritual wisdom as well. Phreddie is a Pastor, a fitness coach and a fifth degree black belt he's been teaching, training and inspiring people for over three decades .

He is a multifaceted individual known for his passion to help people. He has served in ministry since 1999. In 2014 Phreddie and his wife Terrilyn founded Word Life Church. Their desire is to empower people with the Word of God. Phreddie and Terrilyn have been married for twenty-seven years, they have 6 children and 6 grandchildren who they love dearly.

Today Nichole will be teaching us about dealing with anxiety with intentionality. A subject that brought her to becoming a writer and which she is passionate about helping others deal with.

Nichole is a recovering perfectionist, anxiety-fighter, and seeker of all things declared good. She desires for others to know that they are created for a purpose and that even the struggle of anxiety can be a tool to help point us to our Savior and live a life that brings Him glory.

Nichole has contributed to several devotionals, one of which includes Freedom from Worry through Proverbs 31 Ministries. She has also published devotionals for Advent - Prepare Him Room: an Intentional Advent and Easter - Victory in the Wilderness: an Intentional Easter, that can be purchased through her website. Nichole is a writer for the Self Care 365 app, a daily reminder app from Remedy Live that helps you focus on wellness with your mental health. She has also been a guest on numerous podcasts and blogs as well as a speaker on empathy for Great Kids, Great Communities, an initiative in Fort Wayne, IN. She recently published her book, Numbering Our Days: Combating Anxiety in the Power of Small Intentional Moments.

Nichole currently lives in the Midwest, with her high school sweetheart husband Paul and their three children. In her free time, she enjoys training for half marathons, discovering new hiking paths, or curling up with a good mystery novel.
